What does therapy look like with me?

Let’s talk about it.

I am a trauma informed therapist who is passionate about helping people live into their God-given humanity. We were made to feel the good, the hard and the beauty of life, but often times through difficult life events this ability was taken away from us. I love helping my clients work through anxiety, depression, loss and trauma using EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Person Centered Therapy to help people become whole again.

I graduated from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. I have seen a broad range of clients from kiddos, couples, to adults; but I am passionate about helping women find their voice and untangle themselves from the pain and trauma of failed or painful relationships.

I love sitting with new clients and collaborating together to come up with a plan that not only feels helpful, but feels hopeful. My hope is that each person I sit with feels seen, known and loved no matter where they are on their healing journey.
